Extensive water staining removed

Specialist restoration brought this façade back to a like-new appearance

The glass had extensive water staining that standard cleaning could not remove. Using our glass-restoration expertise and professional surface preparation, we removed the bonded contamination and restored the glass to a clear, like-new finish.

Results depend on the glass condition. Restoration removes surface contamination but does not repair pre-existing scratches, chips or other physical damage.

Who we work with

Planned restoration for managed properties

Resorts and hotels

Pool areas, balcony balustrades, guest-facing glazing and common areas where presentation directly affects the property experience.

Strata and body corporate

Shared pool fencing, balustrades and windows requiring a clear scope, inspection findings and staged work plan.

Facility managers

Commercial façades and difficult-to-maintain glass where restoration should be assessed before capital replacement.

Genuine project result

Commercial façade glass returned to a presentable finish

This project had extensive streaking and bonded surface contamination. The glass was assessed and treated using a controlled professional process, producing a visibly clearer result. Existing scratches, chips and physical glass damage remain outside the scope of mineral-stain restoration.

Assess the condition

We identify contamination, access requirements and pre-existing damage before recommending broader works.

Confirm the result

A test area can help resort, strata and facility teams understand the achievable finish before approval.

Plan the works

Larger properties can be organised by elevation, common area or priority zone to suit site operations.

Commercial questions

What property teams need to know

Can all stained glass be restored?

No. Results depend on contamination, exposure, glass type, access and pre-existing damage. Inspection and testing establish the realistic outcome.

Does restoration repair scratches?

Mineral-stain restoration does not automatically remove scratches, chips or other physical damage. Existing defects are identified before work.

Can the work be staged?

Yes. Larger resorts and strata properties can be scoped by elevation, common area or priority zone, subject to access and site requirements.

Can glass be coated after restoration?

Suitable restored glass can receive Glass Armour nano coating to help reduce future mineral and salt buildup between maintenance cleans.

Request a commercial glass assessment

Send the property location, approximate glass quantity and photographs of the affected areas. We can then discuss inspection and testing.
